Job summary

Agave Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and families. This full-time, on-site role supports front desk operations, scheduling, billing, and medical record maintenance in a compassionate pediatric setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a patient-centric approach to service in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and families, check them in, notify staff of arrivals.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, referrals, and manage calendars.
• Handle front office communications via phone and email.
• Maintain patient accounts and confidentiality of information.
• Facilitate patient flow by updating arrival statuses and communicating with staff.
• Process billing transactions and collect payments at the time of service.
• Prepare and update electronic and printed medical records and documents.
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming; provide general administrative support.
