Abrakidabra Pediatric Clinic LLC is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet arrivals, book appointments, answer phones, and assist patients throughout their visits with a cheerful demeanor and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred; medical office experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

• Greet guests as they arrive at the practice.
