Job summary

Metropolitan Pediatrics is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk operations in Beaverton, OR. The role supports Patient Access staff, oversees scheduling, verifies demographics and insurance eligibility, and ensures accurate billing and daily cash handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in health care or a related setting, EMR experience (Epic preferred), and a track record of coaching staff to deliver outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure alignment with Medical Home goals.
• Supervise and develop Patient Access staff, manage scheduling and workflow.
• Coordinate timecards, PTO requests, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent patient relations and customer service.
