Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a front desk professional to welcome patient families for appointments and act as a liaison between families and the clinical team. This role reports to the Primary Care Practice Manager and collaborates with the Lead Clinic Coordinator for optimal outcomes.

You will use EPIC scheduling and registration processes, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help maintain accurate patient data while delivering compassionate, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED.
• 1+ years related work experience in healthcare.
• Experience with EPIC scheduling and patient registration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional patient experience at the front desk, including check-in and check-out.
• Utilize EPIC scheduling and work queues to manage appointments and communications.
• Assist with MyChart registration and patient access.
• Maintain HIPPA compliance in all information releases.
• Ensure accurate registration data and complete registration checklists.
• Adhere to Children’s Organizational Code of Ethics and respond to WELL platform tasks.
