• Demonstrate empathy and active listening in interactions.
• Coordinate escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance, and financial info with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain patient accounts and manage correspondence and documents.
• Open and close duties including organizing, stocking, sanitizing, and reconciliation.
