Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Medical Receptionist Float to support the Mary Bridge Pediatric network across Tacoma and surrounding clinics. You will be the first contact for patients and families, handling greeting, phone calls, scheduling, and registration in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

Ideal candidates possess post-high school office procedures, at least one year of clerical or receptionist experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in person and over the phone.
