Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first in-person contact for patients and families at the Tacoma clinic. You will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule visits and handle registration with accuracy and courtesy.

This intermediate role requires solid customer service, attention to privacy, and professionalism, with day shift hours Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team in a renowned pediatric health network.

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and answer phones.
• Schedule appointments, registration, charge entry and payments.
• Direct calls and assist patients with front desk duties.
• Operate basic office equipment as needed.
