Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Federal Way seeks a Medical Receptionist for the Mary Bridge Pediatric Outpatient Center. This part-time, 0.6 FTE role serves as the first in-person contact, greeting families and guiding patients through the front desk processes.

You will handle phones, scheduling, registration, charge entry, payment posting, and balancing duties with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical/receptionist experience.
• Six months of experience in a medical setting is acceptable.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Degree or certificate (e.g., Medical Office Assistant) may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and manage front desk tasks.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
