Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle front desk duties, greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling, and processing payments with discretion and professionalism.

The role requires excellent customer service, 1+ year clerical experience or 6 months in a medical setting, and relevant office procedures training. It is a day-shift, full-time position at Mary Bridge Pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Degree or relevant Certificate may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families as the first in-person contact.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients/families.
• Schedule appointments and manage registration.
• Process charges, payments, and batch balancing.
• Cash reconciliation and balance procedures.
• Operate basic office equipment as needed.
