Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network is seeking a per diem Medical Receptionist to support the Pediatric Urgent Care in Olympia, with opportunities to assist in Gig Harbor and Tacoma clinics. The role serves as the first in-person contact and handles front-office tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have clerical/receptionist experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multi-tasking in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience.
• Or six months in a medical setting.
• Customer service experience.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families, answering phones, directing calls.
• Scheduling, registration, charge entry, payment posting, batching and balancing.
