Pediatrics of Texas is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic. You will greet families, verify demographics and insurance, and manage the check-in/check-out process in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

You will schedule appointments, answer multi-line phones, collect co-pays, and assist with basic billing information while supporting staff and ensuring accurate patient records in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Proven front desk or similar experience in a medical setting is required.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner) is a major plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guardians, verify demographics and insurance.
• Schedule and manage appointments using EHR system.
