Job summary
Nurture Pediatrics in Nolensville, TN is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our pediatric practice. You will greet families, schedule visits, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming front desk during weekday hours.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong verbal and written communication; HIPAA compliant.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
- Check patients in and out for appointments.
- Verify demographics and contact information.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries.
- Respond to messages and appointment requests.
- Schedule well visits, sick visits and follow-ups.
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/deductibles.
- Process self-pay accounts and TennCare changes when needed.
- Scan/upload documents and manage EMR records.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient portal communications.
