Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience, or successful completion of Providence internship.
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Basic experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Rooming position experience (CNA, non-credentialed MA, EMT or similar) is beneficial.
