Tanasbourne Pediatrics LLC in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Pediatric Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with the physicians and staff to maintain a positive, efficient, and compassionate practice environment. Formación

• Experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
• Pediatric or primary care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily office operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow.
• Supervise, support, and develop administrative and clinical staff.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Promote excellent communication and teamwork.
• Help resolve staff and patient concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee front-office processes, including registration, referrals, records, insurance, and billing coordination.
• Monitor supplies, vendors, equipment, and office needs.
• Help maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies.
• Monitor practice expenses and assist with budgeting and financial oversight.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient service, and office systems.
• Work closely with our two pediatricians on practice needs, staffing, and ongoing improvements.
• Be willing jump in and help wherever needed.
