Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and record routine patient data including vital signs.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with care plan under supervision.
• Administer and assist with lab specimen collection per protocol.
• Maintain unit environment and inventory of stock items and equipment.
• Provide therapeutic care and supervision for daily routines and activities.
• Respond to crisis situations and apply behavior management protocols.
• Educate families on behavioral techniques and safety practices.
• Serve as 1:1 sitter for patients as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and participate in unit rounds and training.
