Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Social Worker-LCSW/LICSW to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers birth to 3 and their families.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent licensure is required.
• 1 year experience in Early Intervention or 3 years with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Provide home and community-based early intervention services for ages 0–3.
• Develop IFSP goals and strategies with families.
• Complete progress notes, reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate services and monitor intervention plans for each family.
