SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Social Worker / Mental Health professional in Massachusetts. This full-time/contract role focuses on infant-toddler development, parent coaching, and home visits to families within the catchment area.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work with LCSW/LICSW licensure or Counseling Psychology with LMHC/LMFT licensure. Pediatric experience is preferred, along with solid computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with current LCSW/LICSW licensure.
• Alternative: Master’s in Counseling/Psychology with LMHC/LMFT licensure or eligible.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Office365.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Provide parent coaching in interactions with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and home/center visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
