The role involves IFSP development, progress documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support child development in the family setting.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home and community-based EI services to infants and toddlers.
• Develop IFSPs with families and coach parents.
• Complete progress notes and use Thom documentation system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure culturally humble, individualized services.
