Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three years.
• Coordinate and monitor IFSP goals with families.
• Support parent–child interactions to promote development.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in Thom system.
