Job summary

You will work with multidisciplinary professionals, coordinate IFSPs, document progress, and support families with coaching to promote development in cognition, communication, and motor skills.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts OT licensure required.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental status with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide home and community-based early intervention with IFSP goals.
• Coach parents and caregivers using parent coaching model.
• Document progress notes and reports using Thom system.
• Coordinate services and monitor intervention plans.
