Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with MA Board of Registration credentials.
- Experience with infants and toddlers and families preferred.
- Ability to deliver child and family centered services using parent coaching.
Responsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
- Assess family and child strengths, concerns and progress.
- Provide developmentally appropriate services for birth to three with parent coaching.
- Coordinate services by scheduling, implementing, monitoring and evaluating plans.
- Develop IFSP goals with families and support advocacy.
- Facilitate parent-child interactions to support development.
- Complete documentation and correspondence in the Thom system.
- Deliver individual and group interventions for infants/toddlers at risk or with delays.
