Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking licensed Pediatric Physical Therapists to deliver home-based services and center-based visits for infants and toddlers with developmental delays in Massachusetts.

You will work within a trans-disciplinary team, coaching families and partnering with local care providers to ensure continuity of services across catchment areas. Two years pediatric experience preferred; MA PT licensure required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
