Thom Child & Family Services, Worcester Area Early Intervention, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Worcester, MA. This part-time, hourly role focuses on home and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers birth to 3 years.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to tailor individualized services grounded in evidence-based practice.

Competenze

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist with the MA Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
• One year of early intervention experience or at least one year in pediatrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of child developmental status.
• Provide direct OT services and activities for children 0–3 and their families.
• Develop IFSP goals, objectives, and strategies related to child development.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and corresponding documents.
• Provide individual and group activities for infants/toddlers with delays or at risk.
• Assess family strengths, concerns, and progress; coordinate services and timelines.
• Support families and facilitate parent–child interactions to promote development.
