Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Boston, MA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. The OT/Clinician will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers aged birth to three, partnering with families to tailor services around their priorities and culture.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop IFSPs, coach parents, and ensure timely documentation using Thom’s electronic system.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA license as Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in evaluating infants/toddlers and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments.
• Assess family and child strengths and needs.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three.
• Coordinate services and implement IFSPs.
• Document progress using the Thom system.
