Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. in Worcester, MA, seeks an Occupational Therapist to support families with infants and toddlers in home settings. You will deliver screenings, assessments, and child groups as part of a trans-disciplinary team, and work to promote child development.

The role emphasizes parent coaching, collaboration with providers, and coordinating the Individual Family Service Plan. MA OT license and a bachelor’s degree are required; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Massachusetts Board licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
