Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc in Framingham, MA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team serving birth to 3 children. You will provide home-based services, participate in screenings and assessments, and collaborate with families, centers, and community providers to support developmental goals.

A BA/BS in Occupational Therapy and MA licensure are required; two years pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Massachusetts licensure to practice OT is required.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
