Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in MA.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Ability to deliver home and community-based early intervention services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three.
• Coordinate IFSPs with goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions and advocate for the child.
• Complete progress notes, reports, and correspondence using the Thom system.
