Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric-related early intervention services in homes, centers, and community settings in Massachusetts. You will assess, coach families, and support infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

You will participate in trans-disciplinary teams, coordinate with caregivers and providers, and help implement Individual Family Service Plans for diverse families within your catchment area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services including child care, medical and social service agencies, and specialists for autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to caseloads including development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
