Job summary

People Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (Fee for Service) to join our in-home services team. You will deliver pediatric OT in clients' homes, collaborate with families and caregivers, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.

The role requires MA Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, valid driver's license, background check, CPR/First Aid, and experience with pediatric or sensory needs is a plus.

Qualifications

• MA Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (state board) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check and driving record screening required.
• CPR, First Aid certification and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Pediatric and sensory experience is a plus.
