Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team, delivering services in home, center, and community settings for children birth to 3 with delays or risk factors.

You will work within a trans-disciplinary team to support families and child development. You will coach families, conduct screenings and assessments, participate in home visits, and coordinate care with medical, educational, and community providers, promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current MA Board of Registration licensure as Occupational Therapist.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
