Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The NP will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, fellows, residents, nurses, and other team members, and progress to high autonomy.

The role requires in-house, round-the-clock coverage, including weekends and holidays, and experience in critical care with ACLS/BLS certification.

Formación

• Master's degree in a Critical Care or Acute Care NP program and minimum one year of CRNP experience.
• Three years of critical care experience as a staff nurse required.
• Current PA CRNP license and national Advanced Practice certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; acute critical care focus preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric ICU with a range of diagnoses.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, fellows, residents, and nurses.
• Educate residents and healthcare staff; maintain guidelines per collaborative agreement.
