Penn State Health has an opportunity for a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to work in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in our Children's Hospital. The NP provides care to critically ill patients across multiple specialties and manages all modes of ventilation, ECMO, and CRRT.

The NP collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and educates residents, nurses, and students. In-house coverage includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Master's degree in CC/AC NP required with clinical experience in critical care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in the ICU.
• Manage ventilation, ECMO, and CRRT as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, fellows, and nurses.
• Educate residents, students, and staff on critical care practices.
