Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring for a Pediatric Caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home supervision and support to children in their homes in Kingsley, PA. No experience is required as paid training and certification are provided.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities while you help children develop daily living skills and participate in age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Susquehanna County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
