Job summary

CareGivers America in Bethany, PA is hiring compassionate Pediatric Caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home supervision and support for children. No experience needed—we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, implementing IEPs and BIPs, and engaging children in age-appropriate activities. Flexible schedules with paid training and benefits encourage growth and stability for a meaningful, family-oriented role.

Qualifications

• Certificate preferred (HHA or CNA).
• Willingness to work in Wayne County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
