CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes in Williamsport and Lycoming County. No experience needed — we'll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child's daily life. Responsibilities include 1:1 supervision, assisting with daily living skills, implementing IEPs and behavior support plans, and promoting safe, age-appropriate activities.

Formación

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Lycoming County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting or supporting individuals as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed

• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
