Job summary

CareGivers America in Lycoming County, PA is seeking a Pediatric Caregiver to provide 1:1 supervision and support to a child in the home setting during the school day. No experience required—training will be provided to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

You will assist with daily living skills, hygiene, meals, and routines, while implementing IEPs and behavior support plans. The role offers flexible schedules, full- or part-time opportunities, and pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Lycoming County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals

Immediate Availability In: Muncy-Home Health Aide (HHA) to accompany a consumer to school and provide care and assistance throughout the school day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
