Job summary
Endeavor Health is hiring a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The position requires Illinois pharmacy licensure, a Pharm D. preferred, and advanced residency credentials.
Qualifications
- Pharm D. from ACPE accredited school preferred.
- PGY1 residency plus 1 year of practice if appropriate for the program setting OR alternate residency pathway.
- A minimum of three years of pharmacy experience in the program setting is required.
- Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License is required.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective use of medications.
- Provide specialized pharmaceutical services and conduct medication reviews.
- Lead and maintain a service or program within the department or health system.
- Serve as a primary preceptor for pharmacy residents where applicable and comply with training program requirements.
