Job summary

Qualifications
- Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy (Preferred)
- PGY1 residency plus 1 year of pharmacy practice as appropriate for the program setting or
- PGY1 residency plus PGY2 residency plus 6 months of pharmacy practice as appropriate for the program setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Provide specialized pharmaceutical services and conduct medication reviews.
- Lead and maintain a service or program related to clinical, technical or operational areas within the department or health system.
- Serve as a primary preceptor for pharmacy residents where applicable.
