Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Scheduler to coordinate and optimize scheduling processes, patient access, and pre- and post-care activities across outpatient, inpatient, and multidisciplinary clinics.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and experience with clinic operations; you will support overall clinic flow, assist with scheduling tests, and liaise with families, providers, and school partners to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1+ years clinic scheduling experience required.
• Typing 5500 KSPH preferred; strong communication and organization required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling with Central Scheduling to ensure consistent practices.
• Serve as contact for patients, families and providers regarding scheduling.
• Respond to calls/texts/faxes to ensure clear communication.
• Support care coordination with schools/providers/insurers to promote efficiency.
