Ivy Health in Pittsburgh East Liberty, PA is hiring a Patient Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week) with a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour. You will be the first point of contact, handling patient registration, scheduling, and front-office tasks to ensure a smooth clinic experience for patients and families.

The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent customer service, with attention to accurate records and teamwork with the clinical staff.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
