• Collaborate with Physician partners and provide performance insights.
• Report on performance trends and risks with recommendations.
• Escalate issues with proposed solutions and drive standard workflows.
• Identify gaps and support action plan implementation.
• Align clinic operations with regional and system standards.
• Assist staffing models to balance expenses and patient flow.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, expenses, provider productivity, access, quality, patient experience.
• Prepare trending data reports for leadership and partners.
