Care for Kids in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of our pediatric clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines clinical care with clinic management, overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, patient experience, and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas LVN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 3+ years in medical office or clinical operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, patient flow, and daily clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability including on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care within scope during scheduled shifts.
• Address staffing gaps, call-ins, and high-volume periods.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory and ordering.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor patient experience.
• Coach team, lead monthly staff meetings, and promote core values.
