Job summary

Care for Kids in Webster, TX is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of our pediatric clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines direct patient care with clinic management.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical & Operational Leadership: Work scheduled clinical shifts and provide hands-on patient care within applicable scope of practice; maintain efficient patient flow; ensure compliance with standards; conduct weekly inventory reviews.
• Scheduling & Staffing: Develop and maintain monthly clinic schedules; manage staffing levels; coordinate coverage and participate in interviews; support hiring and workforce planning.
