Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of our McKinney, Texas clinic. This hands-on role blends patient care with clinic management, guiding staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory while driving patient experience.

The ideal candidate is a clinical professional with leadership experience, capable of solving operational challenges and stepping into patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership; oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and address bottlenecks; monitor patient experience and NPS results.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and deliver performance feedback; maintain safety and quality standards.
