Job summary

Care for Kids seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations and patient experience across its Texas clinics, including urgent care and primary care settings. This hands-on leadership role combines direct clinical care with clinic management.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, performance metrics, and staff development, while partnering with talent acquisition and ensuring high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Staff scheduling, coverage planning, and overtime management.
• Coaching and developing clinic team members; lead monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor patient experience and manage workflow to optimize throughput.
