Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the daily clinical and operational performance of our Katy-based clinic. The role blends hands-on patient care with clinic management, overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted Texas LVN license, BLS, and 3+ years in medical office or clinical operations, including leadership, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care within scope of practice when needed.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory.
• Oversee patient experience and clinic performance.
