Job summary

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy OT & SLP PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to shape a new start-up clinic and lead a clinical team with autonomy and support.

You'll oversee operations, recruit and develop staff, build referral networks, and drive patient care while earning equity through investing, with a competitive compensation range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
