Job summary

ivyhealth is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric clinic from the ground up, combining clinical leadership with equity ownership. You’ll shape location, culture, and patient experience while leveraging Ivy Health’s infrastructure and mentorship.

You’ll lead clinical operations across PT/OT/SLP services, partner with local professionals, and drive community outreach. A strong emphasis on collaboration and autonomy aligns with the startup environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure in the respective field.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations for a startup clinic with Ivy Health.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Oversee care delivery and patient experience to establish clinical standards.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.
