Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to open and grow a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic. You will shape the clinic, hire and lead the team, and foster local relationships while leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure and support.

You will build equity in the clinic, guide patient experience, and collaborate with Ivy Health leadership to deliver world-class care across PT, OT, SLT, and ABA services. This role offers autonomy and growth aligned with individual passions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinic operations and set clinical standards for the licensed discipline.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.
