Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner in Illinois to build a new practice with Ivy's support and established systems. You will oversee clinic operations, guide clinical and non-clinical teams, and craft individualized patient plans while growing equity in your clinic and serving the local community.

You’ll lead the clinical vision, hire and develop staff, establish patient experience standards, and partner with Ivy Health across departments to ensure successful startup

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT/OT/SLP program.
• Current or pending state licensure required.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Education

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
